A customer on swiftrole is a person, a business or a group of persons that buy goods from vendors on the platform (swiftshop).
How to become a customer
To become a customer all you need to do is to visit the registration page, enter the required details, select to become a customer and then complete the form.
How to place orders
Placing orders on the swiftshop is very easy as it has same steps as of ordering on all other e-commerce websites.
You can pay for orders by card or bank transfer.
After a successful order. The received order will remain constantly monitored by the admin so as to know if you have received or not. In this case you might receive calls or Whatsapp messages from us asking if you have received.
The status of the order will remain in processing until it has been confirmed you have received, which will be changed to completed after receiving. For an order not delivered the money paid by you will remain with swiftshop and will be refunded after 5 – 7 working days of failed delivery.
After placing orders
1. Ensure to meet vendors for your goods at open and safe places.
2. On successful purchase of order, the vendor will contact you via available means of contact you have provided to tell you how and when your order will be delivered with the amount of delivery fee to be made.
3. Ensure to keep the receipt of the delivery fee you make for future references.
4. If vendors fail to make a delivery after you might have paid please quickly send a report to us. We will start investigations and make a full refund if found guilty by cancelling such orders.
5. You can cancel any order you don’t need anymore provided no delivery has been made.
Customers return policy.
Situations might arise whereby you might wish to return goods you received due to one reason or the other. We will always ensure that the experiences you receive from vendors is at a top notch.
For goods to be returned we need to ensure that you know what is at stake;
1. You must initiate the return of the good by contacting us before three day after delivery of the goods.
2. Goods in the category of books & docs, clothing & fashion, food & groceries, health & beauty, with other perishable goods cannot be returned.
3. The goods must be in its original form as of how it was delivered. All seals, tags, or content must be intact and in its original packaging form without any scratches.
4. You will send a picture of the good you want to return in its original and real state to us. As we will use this to verify the authenticity of your return.
5. You will bear the cost of the transportation involvedin returning the order same as amount paid for delivery.
6. Only approved returns of goods will be received by vendors and refunds will made after receiving.
